So many people today preach about "the love of God for all, and the love we are supposed to have for one another". But they do not preach about God and His wrath, but the foundation of his throne is Justice and mercy.

In the days of Noah God destroyed the earth.

Gen.6
[8] But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD.
[9] These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God.
[10] And Noah begat three sons, Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
[13] And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.
[22] Thus did Noah; according to all that God commanded him, so did he.

Many times in the old testament we find God's anger dsplayed against ungodly nations and people, that did not know God, and against those that forgot God, and refused to repent, but chose to live evil lives.

God's wrath was poured out upon His Son, as Jesus took the sinner's place on Calvary.
Isaiah 53:
[10] Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand.

Also the destruction of Jerusalem displayed God's anger against the rejection of His Son as the Messiah.

Today in the New Testament we read:
John.3
[36] He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.
John 3:
[24] I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.

Jesus is the ark into which we enter by faith alone as our righteousness, sanctification and redemption before the Faher. He is our intecessore alone in heaven, as He is the sinner's substitute now and in the day of Judgment. We are asked to believe in God's work for the sinner in Jesus alone that we receiive by faith alone in His word.

It is plain that the wrath of God will be upon those that rejfuse His Son, His gift to our lost world, as their complete salvation and walk in the light of this truth. For in that great day of Judgment:
Isaiah 2:
12] For the day of the LORD of hosts shall be upon every one that is proud and lofty, and upon every one that is lifted up; and he shall be brought low:
[13] And upon all the cedars of Lebanon, that are high and lifted up, and upon all the oaks of Bashan,
[14] And upon all the high mountains, and upon all the hills that are lifted up,
[15] And upon every high tower, and upon every fenced wall,
[16] And upon all the ships of Tarshish, and upon all pleasant pictures.
[17] And the loftiness of man shall be bowed down, and the haughtiness of men shall be made low: and the LORD alone shall be exalted in that day.
[18] And the idols he shall utterly abolish.
[19] And they shall go into the holes of the rocks, and into the caves of the earth, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty, when he ariseth to shake terribly the earth.
[20] In that day a man shall cast his idols of silver, and his idols of gold, which they made each one for himself to worship, to the moles and to the bats;
[21] To go into the clefts of the rocks, and into the tops of the ragged rocks, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty, when he ariseth to shake terribly the earth.

Let us walk daily by faith iin God and His word, and not forget Him and all Hss wonderful works for us in Jesus. He is our shelter from the coming storm upon the earth, when he shall arise and shake terribly the earth. He alone will be exalted in that day.

RaynaRenee

THE CONDESCENSION OF JESUS CHRIST, THE SON OF GOD

THE CONDESCENSION OF JESUS CHRIST, THE SON OF GOD

Who is Jesus?

Heb.1
[1] God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,
[2] Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;
[3] Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;

Col.1
[12] Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:
[13] Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:
[14] In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:
[15] Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:
[16] For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
[17] And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.
[18] And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.
[19] For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;

According to these verses God made all the worlds by Jesus Christ His Son. This means that all the vast universe with all it's galaxies were created by Jesus Christ. And today, He is ruling at the right hand of the Father in heaven. But Jesus was willing to give up His throne and all heaven to come to this sin cursed earth and complete the plan of salvation for man, which was planned before the foundation of the world.

Phil.2
[5] Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
[6] Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
[7] But made MADE HIMSELF OF NO REPUTATION, ,AND TOOK UPON HIM THE FORM OF A SERVANT, AND WAS MADE IN THE LIKENESS OF MEN.
[8] And being found in fashion as a man,HE HUMBLED HIMSELF, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
[9] Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
[10] That AT THE NAME OF jESUS EVERY KNEE SHOULD BOW, things in heaven, and things on earht, and things under the earth,
And that every tongue should confess that JESUS CHRIST IS LORD, to the glory of God the Father.

But Jesus stepped down from his throne in glory and all the adoration of worlds that he created, and came to this sin cursed earth, to inhabit a body prepared for Him from the foundation of the world. He lived a lowly life, unrecognized and not accepted by His own, but rejected, beaten, humiliated, and left to die on a merciless cross for hours until He bowed His head and cried, "It is finished". Even his garments were gambled for, taken away from Him.

Why did He do this? Why did He come from glory to endure poverty, humiliation, untold mental and physical agony? He walked over the same ground that Adam traversed on earth, and was tempted by Satan to use His divine powers to save Himself. But Jesus never failed, not even by a wrong motive or thought!! Did He do this for Himself? No what He did, He did for you and me, and that the plan of God, the plan of salvation for all men may be completed. The Father, Himself supplied the lamb that has taken away the sin of the world, and Has declared those righteous that confess, repent, and believe in His Son for their righteousness, sanctification and redemption before Him. They are accepted in the Beloved at His right hand. Jesus is the greatest gift the Father could give mankind. In Him is eternal life, and those that possess Him by faith alone, are heirs of God in Christ. All that Jesus possesses are theirs and they shall rule and reign with Him forever.

WHAT LOVE CAN COMPARE TO GOD'S LOVE? HE LOVED THOSE THAT CRUCIFIED HIM, AND SAID FATHER FORGIVE THEM FOR THEY KNOW NOT WHAT THEY DO.

And the Father has promised us:
Ephesians 2:
[4] But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,
[5] Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)
[6] And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:
[7] That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.
[8] For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
[9] Not of works, lest any man should boast.

Let us walk by faith alone in God's word in Jesus that all the scriptures state are true, and will come to pass. Let us trust in His promises, as they cannot fail.

RaynaRenee

We are to forgive others as God has forgiven us.

When we realize we are all sinners and saved by the mercy and grace of God alone given to us freely in Jesus, which is the forgiveness of all our sins, and the imputed righteousness of Christ alone, which is received by faith alone in God's word, then we can look at our brother just as we are. We are only saved by Jesus as our Representative before the Father, as He stands in our place now and in the Judgment.

The standard of righteousness that God requires to be accepted of Him and to come into His presence is His righteousness, as it is spotless, and without sin or fault. We certainly do not possess this righteousness in ourselves. Where is this righteousness? It is in Jesus alone at the Father's right hand where He went at His ascension. It is where it cannot be polluted, or corrupted by man. It is where moth nor thief cannot destory or take it away. We have a great treasure in heaven. We come to God the Father through Jesus alone, as He is God's gift to the undeserving sinner.

Do you believe God's word, and accept the fact that you will always be a sinner in yourself before the Father? Or do you want to try and meet the standard that God has set for you to reach in yourself? And what is that standard? It is to be faultless, pure, holy, and undefiled, without sin, and as pure as God Himself.

Guess what? We were born sinners, and sin we shall in God's sight, no matter how hard we try not to. And if we don't meet the standard at all times then we are condemned in His sight. That is why He provided the way Himself to come to Him in Jesus. But it is all of faith, as Jesus is out of our sight in heaven itself, where He intercedes on our behalf. The Father is well pleased with His Son, and if you accept His gift, the Father accepts you. Your sins are covered, cast into the sea, as far as the east is from the west, and you can come into His prescence at any time, in the name of Jesus, and make your request known unto Him.

Not only that, Jesus will stand in your place in the judgment hour, and will present His righteousness that you may pass the Father's judgment and be given eternal life.

John.5
[24] Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

"For God so loved the world that whosoever believes in Him, sahll not persih but have everlasting life". And why is that? Because the Father provided the way, Himself. It is all of faith in His word.

Now if you do not believe this what is left? You will try and work out your own righteousness in yourself, so the Father will reward you? But guess what? You will be lacking, lacking, lacking, wearing a polluted garment of self righteousness, and will be cast out into outer darkness. All we can do is plead that we are sinners, and we can present to the Father, Jesus Himself, as our lamb, and as our Righteousness, sanctification, and redemption.

Now we can take to our brother and sister, as we are all children of Adam and Eve, the fact that we are all sinners, always will be in God's sight, but we are forgiven and accepted in Jesus. We are not to have any respect of persons, as we are all sinners, from the least to the greatest in man's sight, We are to present this message to them, that they too may repent and belleve the gospel of Jesus. so they may have eternal life, and help in this life also through the mediation of Jesus Christ.

RaynaRenee

God does have a wrath, which was poured out upon Jesus for the sins of the world that were imputed unto Him.

Isa.53
[1] Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed?
[2] For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him.
[3] He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.
[4] Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
[5] But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
[6] All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.
[7] He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.
[8] He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken.
[9] And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.
[10] Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand.
[11] He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.
[12] Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.

Are we to receive the wrath of God?
John.3
[36] He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

But for those that obey not the gospel of Jesus Christ:
Rev.6
[16] And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:
[17] For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

II Thess. 1:
[7] And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,
[8] In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:
[9] Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;

Even the devl has a wrath because he knows his doom is sure.
Rev.12
[12] Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.

We are saved from God's wrath because we are justified by His blood. (the blood of Jesus)
Rom.5
[9] Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
Romans 3:
[26] To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.
John.6
[29] Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent

Rev.14
[8] And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.
[10] The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
[19] And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God.
Rev.15
[1] And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God.
[7] And one of the four beasts gave unto the seven angels seven golden vials full of the wrath of God, who liveth for ever and ever.
Rev.16
[1] And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.
[19] And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.
Rev.18
[3] For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.
Rev.19
[15] And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

Eph.2
[8] For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

We are saved from the wrath of God because His wrath was poured out upon Jesus for all that believe in Him as their righteousness, sanctification and redemption in the sight of the Father.

II Corinthians 5:
17] Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
[18] And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;
[19] To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
[20] Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.
[21] For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

Jesus is at the right hand of the Father in heaven as our intecessor, and redeemer as He Himself completed the work of redemtion.
Heb.1
[1] God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,
[2] Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;
[3] Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;

What does Jesus have to say about Himself?
Matthew 28:
[18] And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.

He is now the ruler of Heaven and earth sitting at the right hand of the Father in heaven. He alone is to be worshipped.

Philippians 2:
[8] And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
[9] Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
[10] That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
[11] And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

No man on earth is to be worshipped in the place of God. We are all human and frail, and all stand in need of the mercy and grace of God given to us freely in Jesus by faith alone, as we are all sinners.

RaynaRenee
